ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲੜਾ - ਅਜਮੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ | Ajmer Singh 

ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਰਣਨ ਹੈ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਨੇ 1984 ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਲਗਭਗ 25000 ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਅੱਤਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਟਵਾ (ਕੈਨੇਡਾ)  ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੇਖਕ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਖਾਲੜਾ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਲਸਫ਼ੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ,ਅਤੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ |

This book is a detailed description of the life of Human Rights Activist Jaswant Singh Kalra. Mr. Kalra had exposed the murder of approximately 25000 young Sikhs committed by Punjab police post-1984. He presented this data in Parliament in Ottawa to highlight the atrocities committed by the Punjab Police. But post this incident, Punjab Police also murdered Mr. Kalra.

The author, through this book, highlights Mr. Kalra's philosophy, his activism, his contribution seeking justice for the murdered youth, and finally, his martyrdom.
