Birha Tu Sultan is the collection of selected and most famous Shiv Kumar Batalvi's works, who is known as one of the greatest Punjabi poets. Although most of the writings of Shiv are known for highlighting the pathos of human existence, his writings are more than that and encompass love, passion, agony, and other strong emotions with which human lives are entangled.
