ਆਸਤਕ ਨਾਸਤਕ - ਨਾਨਕ ਸਿੰਘ | Nanak singh

ਨਾਨਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਮੌਰ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਾਵਲ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦਾ ਸਦਾਬਹਾਰ ਨਾਵਲਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ, ਧਰਮ, ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਤੇ ਅਸਤਿਤਵ ਜਿਹੇ ਅਨੇਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਉਪਰ ਨਾਵਲ ਰਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ‘ਆਸਤਕ ਨਾਸਤਕ’ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਆਸਤਕ ਤੇ ਨਾਸਤਕ ਦੋ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਵਲ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਚਿਤਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
